These aftermarket horns on Victors are rather scarce, and paired with a Victor IV, it's a striking piece.

The Victor IV (Four) was a premium model of the Camden, N.J. company's product line. Offered only in mahogany finish and with round corner columns, this style is recognized among the more desirable and attractive instruments. This example is in full working condition with Exhibition reproducer and a scarce aftermarket horn with the original starburst-pattern paint.
